Subject: [PATCH 06/11] [Patch, microblaze]: Add SIZE_TYPE and PTRDIFF_TYPE to
 microblaze.h

Fixes warnings like;

warning: format '%zX' expects argument of type 'size_t',
but argument 3 has type 'unsigned int' [-Wformat]
